What happens after the trial?
Your 24-hour trial gives you everything. When it ends you keep every report you earned, and you choose a test pack or a monthly plan to keep practicing. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I buy the test pack during the trial?
Yes. The pack replaces the trial’s study access for the rest of the trial, so from that point you have tests and reports only.
What is in the test pack?
One diagnostic and three full practice exams for one state and exam line, taken in order, plus a report for each and a combined pack report. It is valid for 45 days from purchase. It does not include study mode, drills, flashcards or the study plan.
Can I switch states or exam lines?
On a monthly plan, yes, any time. A test pack is fixed to the exam you chose when you bought it.
Do my reports expire?
No. Reports never expire and you can read and download them even after a pack or plan ends.
How do agency seats work?
Bundled agency plans come in 5 and 10 member tiers. Every invited member gets full study access while they hold a seat, and a member who buys their own plan stays on your roster without using a seat. Upgrade tiers as your pipeline grows. The pipeline management plan has no seats at all: unlimited roster, and each member studies on the trial or a plan of their own.
What is the pipeline management plan?
For $49 a month you get the team dashboard, invites, reports and an unlimited roster, with no study content for the manager. Each member studies on the 24-hour trial or buys their own plan. Pick a bundled agency plan instead when you want seats that include study access.
How do I cancel?
