Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-08.1
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to your use of the PrepQuickly website, web application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by PrepQuickly LLC (“PrepQuickly,” “we”). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. General principles
We provide the Service so individuals and pipelines (teams) can prepare for life-insurance licensing exams. You may use it only for that purpose, only for yourself or members of a pipeline you legitimately manage, and in compliance with applicable US law. The remainder of this AUP describes specific things you may not do.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
2.1 Misuse accounts and access
- create more than one personal account, or create an account using false or stolen identity;
- share your account credentials, or let more than one person use the same account;
- circumvent free-tier or trial limits (for example, by registering multiple email addresses to extend free use);
- resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service except as expressly allowed for pipeline managers under your subscription.
2.2 Tamper with the Service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, network, or data;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure without our prior written permission, except for genuine, good-faith security research reported to support@prepquickly.com;
- upload viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks (for example, denial-of-service attacks);
- circumvent rate limits, abuse-prevention measures, payment requirements, or DRM;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent that limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 Misuse content
- scrape, crawl, mirror, or otherwise systematically extract content, questions, explanations, or data from the Service;
- copy, redistribute, publish, or republish PrepQuickly content (including practice questions and explanations);
- use PrepQuickly content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build any machine-learning model, dataset, or competing product;
- use bots, headless browsers, or other automated systems to access the Service except for documented APIs you have been authorized to use.
2.4 Cheat or assist cheating
- attempt to use the Service in any way that would violate the rules of an actual licensing examination, exam proctor, or regulator;
- impersonate another exam candidate, or take the Service's practice content with the intent of supplying it during a real exam.
2.5 Harm others
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users, pipeline members, or PrepQuickly staff;
- send unsolicited messages or attempt to use referral / pipeline features to spam others;
- upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others;
- collect or store personal information of other users without authorization.
2.6 Misuse third-party integrations
- use the Stripe-powered checkout fraudulently, including with stolen payment methods or charge-back fraud;
- misuse OAuth sign-in (Google, Facebook) to access another person's account.
3. Pipeline (team) managers
If you are a pipeline manager, you must:
- only invite people who have agreed to receive invitations from you;
- not present PrepQuickly as your own product, white-label it, or imply endorsement that has not been granted;
- not buy seats on behalf of unaffiliated individuals to circumvent retail pricing.
4. Reporting abuse
If you see something that violates this AUP — spam from a pipeline, suspected account compromise, content that should not be on the Service — please report it to support@prepquickly.com with as much detail as you can provide.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including warning you, throttling or rate-limiting your account, removing content, suspending or terminating your account, refusing future service, withholding refunds where permitted, and reporting violations to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent termination without refund.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and notify registered users by email or in the Service. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
